Ingredients:

  • Milkflow Berry Drink Mix (1 packet)
  • 1 cup Mix of Blueberries, Blackberries & Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey (raw and local is best)
