Shipping Policy 

Shipping Areas and Carriers 

UpSpring ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico using UPS and USPS. We DO NOT offer international shipping options. The available shipping options are: 

  • Ground 
  • Standard Overnight 
  • 2-Day Air 
  • USPS Priority Mail 

Shipping Charges 

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless Free Shipping is selected. Our free shipping offers may change. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to receive notifications about our promotions! Shipping costs depend on the selected method and the order total. 

Order Processing 

  • Orders placed after 10 AM CT on weekdays will be processed the following business day. 
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. 
  • All shipping time estimates are provided by the selected carrier. UpSpring is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for any discrepancies between the estimated and actual delivery times. 
  • UPS 2-Day shipping for orders placed on Thursday after 10 AM CT will typically be delivered the following Monday. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Information 

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. 

Return Policy 

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to make this process smooth and hassle-free for you! 

Eligibility 

All products must be unopened, have seals intact, and be in the original packaging to be eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Panty products, being undergarments, are not eligible for return. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

Conditions 

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility to ensure proper guidelines are followed. 

Refund Process 

We will credit your account within 15 business days of receiving your return package. UpSpring is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, or service charges resulting from the timing of charges to your account. 

How to Initiate Your Return 

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@upspringbaby.com with the following details: 

  • Name 
  • Address 
  • Order number 
  • Email address used for order confirmation 
  • Reason for returning your purchase 

Once we have your information, we will contact you with the next steps to complete your return. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our site. If you purchased your UpSpring product from another retailer, please contact them for their return process. 

Credit/Debit Card Policies 

UpSpring reserves the right to avoid shipping to an address or name that is different from the credit/debit card name and address. If you wish to ship your purchase to a different name or address than that on your credit/debit card billing statement, you must first register that address with your credit card's issuing bank. 

If the "ship to" address differs from the "bill to" address, we will validate the address with your credit/debit card company. If your credit/debit card company cannot validate the "ship to" address, we reserve the right to not process your order. This is for your protection as well as that of UpSpring.
